The Market Place Drop-In is open four days a week:
- Wednesday 3 – 6pm
- Thursday 12 – 3pm
- Friday 2 – 5pm
- Saturday 12 – 4pm
Counselling and My Plan is by appointment only, with sessions available Wednesday to Saturday including some evening appointments.

Leeds Counselling
Situated in Leeds city centre, we offer self-pay counselling therapy to individuals who want to improve their emotional health and wellbeing. You don’t have to be referred by your GP, and you can contact us directly on 0113 245 0303 to book an initial appointment.
Most people pay less than our standard fee of £46 per session, and our lowest fee is £12.
The Beck
The Beck provides targeted support to young people aged 13 – 19 in East Leeds and delivers a range of services including: intensive one-to-one support; group work; off-site education; sports activities; sexual health; counselling; mediation and parent support.
Services are delivered from our centre in Killingbeck (near Asda), in schools and from a range of community settings in East Leeds.
We aim to offer a wrap around service under one roof to vulnerable young people.

IAPT
Northpoint Wellbeing (formerly known as Leeds Counselling) is one of four agencies delivering the Leeds IAPT service in Leeds, as part of the Improving Access to Psychological Therapies programme.
This service is intended to help NHS patients with common mental health problems such as depression, anxiety and panic attacks, and stress. The service is available for people aged 17+ upwards.
