Careers & Pathways

Southway is committed to ensuring that students receive guidance, support and opportunities that will help their future decision making in all aspects of further education, training or employment. All year 11 students will receive a compulsory careers interview with a careers advisor from their School, with whom they are a registered student. They will give their students full, independent, impartial advice at this crucial stage of their schooling.

In addition, Southway Form Tutors and the MAT Team, are all available to support students and assist them with their daily school life, giving the guidance on those very important decisions for the future when needed.
